The Hawks Landing Property Owners Association, Inc. board takes pride in the availability and promptness of its management to resolve customer service issues. Members are given at least five ways in which to contact management including office voice mail (954.472.4000, ext. 301 - Niki Rubi, ext. 302 - Mercy Lore and ext. 303 - David Weiss, HLPOA President), the gatehouse staff, the clubhouse staff (messages left with staff are retrieved by management throughout the day), telefax (954.370.3911) and e-mail (hlpoa@aol.com).
Messages by email and telefax are preferred as each message (oral or written) is logged when received. At the same time a customer service report ("CSR") is formed and entered in the corresponding member file. CSR's are tracked by critical path chart. Reports are time graded and managed on a Gantt project management chart. Each CSR is tracked to completion. The HLPOA also intends to tie its CSR system into this HLPOA website once fully deployed and once it is past Beta test stage, so that member reports can be received and logged in through a user-friendly link contained on the website's homepage.
Several years ago, the HLPOA Board created a liaison group consisting of members who, on occasion, would meet to consider issues of community-wide concern. The HLPOA Liaison group now meets monthly and has also acted in the capacity of a mediation council (mediating issues that arise between members and those that may arise between the HLPOA and a member).
